rates.boxopher.com ("we," "us," or "our") operates the rates.boxopher.com API service. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
Account data: Email address, subscription plan, and API key — collected at signup and stored in our database.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Helcim. We store only a tokenized card reference and subscription ID; we never store raw card numbers, CVVs, or full card data.
Usage data: API request quotas are enforced by API key rate limiting. We do not separately store per-request logs beyond standard server logs.
Log data: Standard server logs (timestamps, response codes, errors) retained for up to 30 days for debugging.
Cookies
The rates.boxopher.com landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How We Use Your Data
Deliver your API key and manage your subscription.
We use Helcim to process payments. By completing a purchase you also agree to Helcim's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Helcim may collect and store payment information subject to their own policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Amazon Web Services — to host the service.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@boxopher.com.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@boxopher.com. We will respond within 30 days.
